At no point did we feel any sales pressure from them only support. Jez is an absolute asset to the company and without any exaggeration is one of the nicest guys we've ever met. The way he dealt with us was superb, he was approachable, even outside working hours, he was knowledgeable and totally passionate about the sort of cars they sell. The car we bought is exactly how they described it and even though we didn't say it, we decided to buy it 5 minutes after we met Jez.
